Thank you to all the people who braved the storm, the sisters who made or brought all the wonderful food, the brothers and exhibitors who helped with set up and take down, Al-Hamra parents/principal and board for allowing us to use the space, and those who volunteered in so many ways. Despite the storm this 1st picnic and book fair was a success! Insha'Allah we will have many more picnics and bookfairs in the years to come!

Next year's Potluck Picinc and Educator's Book Fair will probably be held in May, though voting is still not complete.
